Dukes Head
Since 1997 the Duke's Head has operated as a traditional English Inn offering bed and breakfast in 3 star accommodation. Resident guests are served a hearty English breakfast every morning - although Mairead does sometimes give it a bit of an Irish flavour. Later on in the day reasonably priced meals are available, lunch and evening every day, and at weekends, food is served all day until 8pm.

Pat and Mairead Dalton hail from Ireland and made London their home 25 years ago. For the last 15 years they have managed the Duke's Head, a small, friendly, traditional pub whose history dates back to Victorian times. It is situated in a quiet residential area on the slopes of Richmond Hill.

The Dalton family takes great pride in the standards of service and facilities - the pub has even won the Richmond in Bloom competition several times.

Stayed here for 1 night while going to the O2 arena. Easy to find and not far from the m4. Breakfast was good. Nice people, wish we could of stayed for lunch or evening meal. Allowed us to check in early as we did not get back till late. Did have to park on road at night as car park was full which meant we had to leave by 8.30am as you cannot park after this time, but that didn't bother us. Would stay again in the future. Many thanks.

I booked a single room and was provided with a very large double en suite room which at £50 including an excellent full English breakfast was very good value for money, although I realised later that I had got such a bargain because of late booking.
