Cranston House is an example of quality guesthouse, bed and breakfast, hotel style accommodation in East Grinstead. It is a large detached house with offroad private parking facilities and is situated in a quiet residential location within walking distance of East Grinstead town centre. Gatwick Airport is 15 to 20 minutes away by car and the town has a direct train service to London. All bedrooms provide hotel style accommodation with en-suite. do you really want to know? For starters, you never sent me the mail requesting "essential information" so, when I rang to confirm we were coming albeit for only one night, I got severely told off for not doing having produced this info. I apologized profusely, unaware that I hadn't received this mail on your part as I thought it could have arrived after I left home. I am shocked at the way the owner spoke to me, I felt like a naughty girl. Consequently, I was preparing myself to meet Basil at Faulty Towers ! The place itself wasn't unpleasant, the owner friendly enough after all that and the porridge excellent. I wonder if he is not retired from the army ?This would explain.
