We had a fantastic four night stay here in late February. Because we were going to be there over a five day period, we reserved the suite (room 11) to give ourselves a bit more space - an excellent decision, as the accommodation was superb and well worth the very modest increase in price. We can't speak highly enough of the whole Craigatin experience - the friendliness of the owners and staff; the extremely high quality and range of the food on offer; the sophisticated decor and facilities in the accommodation; and also its setting - Pitlochry is a super wee town within easy driving distance of many attractions (all of which Martin is more than happy to give well-informed advice about). We've stayed in a whole host of "boutique" hotels in recent years - none of which match Craigatin for the overall experience. We tend not to return too often to the same place so that we can sample as many different hotels and guest houses as possible - Craigatin House will certainly be an exception th

My husband and I stayed here for one night only en route to family in the Highlands. What a lovely welcome we received from the owners. Both made us feel at home right from walking in the door. Our room was very clean, very comfortable and very peaceful and relaxing. The next morning we had a delcious breakfast in the dining room over looking the fantastic gardens. Our only regret is that we had not booked in for longer. I can highly recommend Craigatin House to the traveller's who are looking for quality and comfort with a genuine warm welcome. We will definately stay here again.

Just back from our third weekend break at Craigatin House. Our lovely bedroom looked out over the woods and the new dining room/ lounge is just beautiful! Martin and Andrea are always very welcoming and I even returned to my room to find they had left me a little birthday cake!! We cannot reccommend Craigatin House highly enough and look forward to our next weekend there.
