Courtmoor Farm is set in 17 acres of gardens, grounds and woodlands only 4 miles from Honiton in the Blackdown Hills. The driveway which is 1/3 mile long is accessed from the A30. It is in an idyllic position with breathtaking views of the Otter Valley.
All guests are encouraged to make use of the grounds and facilities available. Whilst not a working farm, we do have a small flock of sheep with lambs in the spring, Aberdeen Angus cows, Shetland ponies and a Dartmoor pony. There is also a children's play area with climbing frame, slide and netball post.
Courtmoor Farm provides a convenient stop if you are passing through Devon or an ideal base for a short break. It is ideally placed for exploring the coast and moorland in Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Cornwall.
There is no public transport within walking distance and so it is advisable to have a car. The village of Upottery has a pub and a church and is a 5-minute drive.
