An elegant Victorian Town house dating back to 1895 .Over the past 10 years we have restored the property throughout. All the Rooms have been professionally renovated and decorated to a high standard. All rooms have Free WiFi and desktop space. The Coppice ensuite rooms are -2 Doubles, 2 Family ,1 Twin and a Single.

Quietly located off Kings Road 5 minutes walk to the elegant shops of Harrogate and Valley Gardens and just 3 minutes walk to the Conference Centre, International Centre and Royal Hall. The ideal location to explore the natural beauty of the Yorkshire Dales. Half way stop between London and Edinburgh.

Room 1:
A lovely Spacious Double Room to the rear of the property with a large window overlooking the town. Two steps down to ensuite shower and WC..All rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy, a pre-requisite for obtaining 4 Star rating.

ROOM 2:
A Superior Family Room consisting of a Double & Single bed on the first floor. This is a very large room with an extra single pull-out bed to sleep 4. This room can be used as a double family or twin. The ensuite offers Bath & Shower & WC.

ROOM 3:
A Very Pretty Double Room with a 5 ft bed and en suite shower.
All rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy, a pre-requisite for obtaining our 4 star rating. This attractive double ensuite room overlooks the town to the rear of the property on the second floor.

ROOM 4:
A Cosy Single Room overlooking the town to the rear of the property on the second floor with old pine furniture, ensuite.

ROOM 5:
A large Superior Twin/ Triple Family Room Which Has a Double Bed and Single Bed. There is an ample ensuite. Freeview TV. This room can also be used as a double room. Again the theme of old pine furnishings.

BREAKFAST:
A traditional English cooked breakfast is served in the elegant dining room using free range eggs and local produce. A selection of cereals and juices are also available and of course tea as used at Bettys Tea Rooms.

GUEST SERVICES:
Each room has tea/coffee . Hairdryers and ironing facilities are also available. Information leaflets and transport time tables are readily available, places to visit and things to do are plentiful. Look forward to our traditional English Breakfast.
