The facilities at Cober Hill are extensive. With a total of 63 bedrooms, all en-suite, giving 140 bed spaces. Cober Hill's main building has bedrooms on three floors; 8 single bedded, 15 twin bedded, 2 double and 7 family. There are two dining rooms, a theatre, conservatory, boardroom and three lounges.
