The Clovelly Hotel is set in its own grounds. It was originally a row of cottages built in the early nineteenth century and has been operating as a hotel since the 1930s. The twelve ensuite bedrooms have recently been tastefully refurbished and are personally run by the owners, Rowena and Hadyn Ingram. Rowena is a Blue Badge tourist guide whose in-depth knowledge of the region is at the disposal of guests.
Within of a short walk of the Clovelly Hotel through the beautiful Avon Riverside gardens is the famous 13th century Cathedral with its magnificently landscaped Close. The Hotel is close to the railway station and within 5 minutes walk of the Salisbury city centre.
