Cleaderscroft Hotel
A small family owned and run hotel, Cleaderscroft is centrally situated in the picturesque village of St Agnes Cornwall, convenient for the beach and the many coastal and inland walks.

Accommodation is provided in en-suite rooms some with four poster bed. More family oriented accommodation is provided either fully serviced in our family suite or self-catering in our family apartment. Freshly prepared evening meals are available and drinks may be obtained from our small licensed bar.

Set in mature grounds and having a separate children's play area, accommodation is provided in generous sized rooms (two with four poster beds), all with private facilities and colour television. Public rooms comprise lounge, small bar and two dining rooms.

The generous breakfasts are tailored to suit guest's individual needs and the optional evening meals are always prepared from fresh ingredients calling on recipes from home and abroad. Frequently on offer is locally caught fish of the day.

This is an excellent place to stay. The entire hotel is tastefully appointed, very comfortable beds. the hosts are delightful people, very welcoming but businesslike. Food was above average in quality and presentation.

very reasonably priced. Nice breakfast, Poor rooms though and quite damp (even in August) due to the type of building. A bit of a Faulty Towers situation going on with the landlord though. (He charged me £1.40 for a half glass of cheap port - but I had left some wine and fruit juice for the next guests in the fridge as a nice jesture. I didnt bother explaining as it would have been lost on Basil) Oh and dont go expecting any antiques from around the world - its all tat. Appart from that you get what you pay for and it was available the day before August Bank Holiday so no real complaints. Just a shame some blokes are so petty.
