Clare House
Clare House is situated in Swanage old town. A 4 star B&B, we are only 50m from the high street and 150m from the award winning beach and the pier.

We offer an interesting vegetarian breakfast menu as well as a traditional cooked breakfast and are happy to cater for special diets, with prior notice.

We are open throughout the year for you to enjoy Clare House and all that Swanage has to offer. Discount for bookings of one week or more and for some Winter periods.

very comfortable accommodation.delicious breakfast with vegetarian alternatives. central swanage so noisy on a friday and saturday night after the pubs shut!

Excellent hotel and very accommodating, highly recommended, our only minor issue was the limited parking on street but that should not be a distraction

We are only a few minutes away from Durlston Country Park and the cliff top walks along the beautiful World Heritage Site Jurasic coast.
Swanage Steam Railway offers a more intensive heritage steam and diesel timetable train service than virtually any other preserved railway. Steam and diesel galas, Family Fun Day events, plus regular Evening Dining services complement themed events Swanage Pier - take a stroll along the recently restored pier or board one of the Dorset Belles and enjoy a trip to Bournemouth or Poole, or during September embark on the Paddle Steamer Waverley for a memorable trip to the Isle of Wight or as a superb way to view the wonderful Jurassic Coast.

Yes we stayed at Clare House. Would go back and would recommend to friends. Beautiful room, breakfast service to a high standard.
