Clan Campbell Hotel
Clan Campbell Hotel Edinburgh - Set in the eastern part of Edinburgh's Georgian New Town and genuinely only minutes walk from the famous Princes Street, The Clan Campbell has truly one of the most superb locations of any small central hotel for exploring the many attractions of the city centre, and indeed Edinburgh as a whole. Combined with this is our quiet position off the main road with the added benefit of free on street parking. Nestling under Calton Hill, we are equidistant between Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace, the official residence of the Queen while in Scotland.

The Clan Campbell houses single, twin, double, triple and quadruple rooms, all of which have private en-suite facilities. In addition all rooms have a colour television, radio alarm clocks for those early sightseeing or business starts, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and tourist information. Fresh towels and soap are provided and ironing and shoe cleaning facilities are available on request. With our often complimented friendly service, we will be happy to assist you with any enquiries, from suggestions of how to spend your day to simply ordering a morning paper, or preparing a picnic to take away for lunchtime.

Guests are welcome to relax in our residents lounge which has its own bar, offering a fine selection of malts and beers. Alternatively, (weather permitting) enjoy the quiet fortitude of the Hotels private garden. Whether on a long trip or a short break you will always enjoy returning 'home' to the Clan Campbell, where the Campbell Clan will be waiting, to help make your stay more pleasurable.

LOCATION:
The benefits of the Clan Campbell Hotel are further enhanced by our very close proximity (under 10 minutes walk) to many amenities, including Waverley Railway Station, St Andrews Bus Station and the main roads in and out of Edinburgh, namely the A1 and A7.

We are within easy walking distance of the main shopping centres and the world famous department store Jenners, a haven for all shoppers. Eating out round the Clan Campbell is a delight, with a variety of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets in the surrounding streets to choose from.

Very nice stay, big comfortable room. Trouble to get some air, the window was almost stuck. Had to hide away the fragrance thing in the bathroom that made my nose itch... The breakfast in the cosy room was superb and (almost all) the staff very friendly. The price was nice too. I will come back and I will recommend the place.

Our room was too small for a couple with several pieces of luggage, but the staff were friendly and attentive. The full Scottish breakfast was superb! My husband and I would recommend to others.
