Charlotte House B&B Guest House offers budget bed and breakfast accommodation in the heart of Kemp Town, Brighton. Being only a five minute walk from all of Brighton’s attractions we are just 50 meters fro the seafront, making us perfect accommodation for your visit to Brighton.

We offer 9 super en-suite rooms all with hospitality trays & TV, and we have a four-poster room ideal for romantic stays.

You can park on the road with one of our parking vouchers at just £5 per day.

Charlotte House is in Charlotte Street, which is situated between Marine Parade, the A259, sea front road, and Upper St. James’ Street.

The sea front road is just 30 - 50 yds away, at the bottom of our road. Then a couple of flights of stairs will take you down to the esplanade and the beach. S

Agnes Family Visit United Kingdom	1 My husband booked room on the phone on 29th December and paid deposit £20, (total cost for double room/one day - £64 NO breakfast) We arrived 11am and checked room and was really dirty, window don't have any lock... room was very cold and smelled bad cigarettes in "private shower" mouldy silicone and dirty tiles We cancel reservation but proprietor NOT return deposit.. DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!

Good location, though parking can be tricky and its cost should be factored in. Quiet guest house - left to get on with things, which suited me. Could do with help getting luggage up the very narrow stairs as a woman staying there on my own. My first stay I was on the top floor and I got seriously bruised from dragging my suitcase et al up those stairs, but I requested a room on a lower floor for my next stay and was given it - much better.

Very near central Brighton and sea-front. Dont expect luxury-just basic British B+B-fab!

But yes enjoyed our weekend in Brighton and will be going back.

The decor and furnishings are a mix and match but to be honest for the price i paid i really didnt expect the ritz. I shall use this guest house again for another weekend stay.

The 4 Poster Room we stayed in was nice n comfortable but the Decorating was out of date - the Shower was Hot but not Powerful was too close to the Toilet

k a lamb Holiday Makers United Kingdom Stayed: 19/02/2009 - 20/02/2009	7 we stayed for one night in half term with two dogs, the room was very spacious and lovely and clean, it is a very old building so ceilings were a bit worrying but i'm sure they were safe. the shower was taped up but as we were only there for one night we just had a strip wash, if we were staying longer we would have enquired about if it was working or not. the price of £27.00 per person per night was fine and this place was perfect for what we needed. would go again for a weekend. this place is great if your not to fussy. the owner was freindly and we had a key each and were allowed to come and go as we pleased.
