Built in 1438 this private hotel is centrally located between the tranquillity of the cathedral and the bustle of the shopping precinct. Old beams, winding corridors and sloping floors attest to the age of the building, but all bedrooms are attractively furnished and equipped to modern standards. There is a comfortable guests' lounge and breakfasts are served either in the bedrooms or in the small breakfast room.
Spread along twisting corridors among ancient tiled rooftops, the rooms enjoy modern amenities but still bespeak their medieval construction, with massive beams, sloping floors, and tell tale low doorways.
