Brookside Guest House, Brixham

Brookside is a contemporary, stylish Boutique Guest House, with elegantly appointed rooms in the beautiful harbour town of Brixham in Devon. We have been classified as a 5 Star Guest House with an additional Silver Award for product excellence which is awarded annually.

WELCOME
Brookside is a contemporary private guesthouse; it is owned and run by Tess and John Harris, who have refurbished it over the past year to the highest standards. We have been classified as a 4 Star Guest House with an additional Gold Award for product excellence which is awarded annually by Quality in Tourism and Visit Britain - an organisation created to promote Britain to the rest of the world and England to the British.

The new Brookside is now an unstuffy yet stylish boutique guesthouse, with contemporary furnishings and relaxed feel. We have 5 rooms, ranging from doubles to a Junior suite. also new for 2009, two single rooms, Brookside provides a superb location for exploring the South Hams, Torbay and surrounding countryside.

Parking is limited in Brixham, however we have the added bonus of off road parking for 8 cars, so you can ensure your stay remains as stressfree as possible. To complete your stay is a large garden terrace, ideal for relaxing. We encourage guests to take full use of this new facility and happily provide wine glasses for those who want to enjoy a peaceful drink.

ROOMS
On the ground floor is our fagship suite which even includes a private lounge area for the ultimate stay. All rooms are spotlessly clean, very confortable and modern. Rooms are doubles but are available for single use at an attractive discount (subject to season), all have colour television and tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms have modern en suite shower rooms, for which carefully chosen toiletries are provided for your addedd convenience.

There is Wi-Fi Internet access in all rooms which is available without charge. If you would like to keep cool drinks for those hot summer days we have provided a fridge in every room. If you are visiting us out of season or in cooler climes central heating is installed throughout the guest house.

TARIFF
Prices start at just £45 per person per night for our single rooms. En-suite rooms are from £32.5 per person per night and the Junior suite is available from £34.50 per person per night. We accept most major credit cards.

If you are travelling by car directions are as follows: From the M5/Exeter follow the A38 and A380 (Torbay) to Newton Abbott. Continue on A380 toward Torquay via kingskerswell and turn right at the Riviera Roundabout still on A380 around Paignton and A3022 to Brixham. On entering Brixham follow road markings
