Frances and Laurence Pearce invite you to enjoy the charm and elegance of their early Edwardian home. Brookfield House, set in more than 2 acres of park-like gardens with panoramic views of Dartmoor, is situated on the edge of the attractive town of Bovey Tracey known as "The gateway to the moor".
An ideal location for exploring South Devon's glorious countryside and coast. The bedrooms are decorated & furnished in individual styles, each with a pleasant seating area.
All equipped with remote control television, hair-dryer and tea/coffee-making facilities.
All rooms have en-suite / private bathroom, colour television, hair dryer, tea & coffee making facilities. Ironing facilities available on request. Children 12 years and older welcomed. We are a non-smoking house
From the A38 take the A382 direction Bovey Tracey. Turn left at the first roundabout in Bovey Tracey into Pottery Road, continue into Wallfield Road. At T-junction turn right into Brimley Road. After approximately 300 yards turn left into Challabrook Lane, where you will find Brookfield House 75 yards down the lane on the right. Ample secure parking behind automatic gates including under-cover parking for motorbikes and cycles.
