Briarcroft Hotel
Welcome to The Briarcroft. We are situated minutes away from junction 36 of the M62 and on the edge of the historic Port and Town of Goole, the Briarcroft hotel is a small friendly place ideal situated for business or touring in Yorkshire. Built in the late1800's as a private house the Briarcroft has been many things before becoming an hotel in the 1990's, including a doctors surgery and a day nursery.

We are currently carrying out upgardes to all of our rooms, whilst this will not affect the quality of your stay we ask you to bear with us for a short while. When finished we will have 8 en suite rooms, 2 singles, 3 twins (which convert to 6' superking beds), 2 doubles and one family room (which sleeps 2 adults and one child under 16). All rooms are ensuite.

There is one ground floor room which will be disabled friendly but due to the age and nature of the building it may not be suitable for all - please contact us with your needs before booking and we will try our best to assist. All of our rooms are tastefuly decorated and furnished to a high standard. All rooms have remote control digital TV with freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, and a range of Dove toiletries. Thermostatic radiator valves ensure your room is always at the right temperature and clean towels are changed as required throughout your stay. As a Victorian house the rooms vary in size and shape, however each room is carefully designed to maximise its potential.

We needed somewhere to stay in Goole - we were on a cycling trip and this fitted the bill well. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel located in a quiet area but only a few minutes from the town centre. Nice big breakfast - some brown bread would have been better than white, sliced, but no issues, really.

Hotel was clean and comfortable with a friendly atmosphere. only parking was on the road which I was not happy about but apart from that it was fine

Very good family room, as separate room for child, made evening easy. Good food, very clean establishment, would use again.
