The Boreland Lodge Hotel is a cozy boutique hotel in Inverkeithing, Fife. It is located just a few miles north of Edinburgh, and is minutes away from the world-famous Knockhill Racing Circuit and Deep Sea World. Other popular attractions such as Rosyth Town—known for its historic naval base—are easily accessible from the hotel as well.

Our family-run boutique hotel is the perfect hotel from which to experience all that Scotland has to offer. We are a mere four minutes away from the Forth Railway Bridge, allowing guests to get to the capital in the quarter of an hour.

The Boreland Lodge Hotel has thirty tastefully decorated and cozy rooms. Homey and snug, this boutique hotel near Edinburgh prides itself on accommodations that are ideal for travelers of all kinds—couples on a romantic getaway, families exploring their roots, traveling businessmen, among others. More to the point, the Boreland Lodge is both child-friendly and pet friendly as well.

Boreland lodge was inexpensive and convenient to train station and very friendly ,helpful staff. Good breakfast in but single room with ensuite was dark and Bathroom and old tired carpeting was not as clean as I had hoped.Smokers standing at the doorway to pub did not encourage me to linger .
