Beverleigh is a charming Edwardian house situated in a delightful location on the higher slopes of Minehead's North Hill, where Exmoor meets the sea. We are situated from the main shopping street, turn into Blenheim Road, 1st left Marlet Road. At crossroads (War Memorial on left) cross "straight" into Burgundy Road. Follow hairpin - automatically you're on Beacon Road, once more turn sharp right into North Hill Road, where you can park your car on 2nd drive on right hand side.

From your room enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the hills from Exmoor to the Quantocks. Wander at your leisure around the lovely gardens or make the most of the open access onto North Hill for miles of beautiful walks and stunning views across the Bristol Channel to Wales. On arrival a cup of tea will help you to relax and appreciate the peace and quiet. Breakfast the next morning comprises a wide ranging menu to suit all tastes.

The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. One of the rooms has the luxury of a four poster bed and the rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Beverleigh will provide an ideal starting point to explore the beautiful countryside and spectacular coastline of Exmoor National Park with its hundreds of miles of footpaths and bridleways. The South West coast path starts on the seafront and follows the coast to Lands End and to Poole Harbour in Dorset. Open throughout the year.

The town of Minehead and the surrounding area has many leisure facilities. There is a good links golf course nearby as well as riding stables, sea and fresh water fishing and plenty of interesting places to visit for those wanting to walk. The West Somerset Steam Railway is based in the town and its 22 miles of track have a backdrop of the beautiful Somerset countryside. During the summer the paddle steamer "Waverley" and the MV "Balmoral" sail from the harbour. Fishing trips by boat can be arranged.
