Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and warm but quite small and shower/bath water took ages to run ie 2 inches of water in bath after 10 minutes!

The hotel was fine and the room was pleasant with en-suite facilities and tv, tea and coffee etc and the staff were friendly. unfortunately I forgot to ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel when I booked so we ended up with a room facing the main road which was very noisy as the traffic passes all day and is a little less at night but starts again about 6am.

Visit nearby Buckingham Palace for the Changing of the Guard/ Madame Tussauds Wax Museum near Baker Street/World famous museums and galleries are all walking distance or take a pleasant stroll through St James Park or Hyde Park.
