Situated in the tranquil open countryside of North Yorkshire,
midway between Harrogate and York, this spacious 4 bedroom cottage offers a delightful and luxurious holiday home for those wishing to explore the many attractions
that the area has to offer.

Our delightful 4 bedroomed cottage is extremely spacious and sleeps 8 people comfortably. Its 4 stars were confirmed in December 2005 by the English Tourism Council.

The centrally heated accommodation has been especially designed to accommodate 2 families, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at either side of the building, separated by the living and kitchen areas.

Outside there is a pretty cottage garden with outside dining area and barbecue.

For children, as well as the many games and jigsaws in the cottage itself.

The cottage also has its own private play area with tree house, climbing frame and swing.
For the"Budding Beckhams" we have developed some of the land at the back of the cottage into a mini football pitch.
The cottage itself is surrounded by open countryside providing peace and tranquility. It is adjacent to Broad Oak Farmhouse, named after the 400 year Oak which stands in front of the property. Wide open areas provide a safe and exciting environment for children to play.
