This welcoming farmhouse is peacefully situated in lovely grounds above the Union Canal. Though variable in size, the bright airy bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped. Farmhouse breakfasts are served at individual tables in the dining room, next to the sitting room. This is a non-smoking house.

At this 18th century farmhouse bed and breakfast guests will receive a warm scottish welcome and genuine hospitality.Located between Edinburgh & Glasgow and sitting in romantic,peaceful, seclusion.

All rooms are centrally heated and have tv,radio/alarm,
hairdryer and hospitality tray. Enjoy a full Scottish breakfast. Ideal base from which to explore the central belt of scotland and beyond.Guests lounge available and Wi-Fi internet access

A gorgeous B&B, beautifully located with very warm, welcoming and friendly proprietors. My room was clean and cosy, fantastic shower in the bathroom, generally all so clean and tidy. I couldn't take advantage of the full breakfast but what I had was delicious and beautifully layed out. All in all I felt very well looked after and would definitely return.
