Graham, Sharon and their daughter Heather welcome you to their family home in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

The Bella Vista, originally built as a Victorian school Headmaster's house and finished in the attractive flint-stone fascia, typical of the time, now offers 4-star accommodation for non smokers only.

Situated in a quiet location, a few yards from the beach, promenade, Redoubt Fortress, Pavilion Tea Rooms and excellent bowling greens, you can be assured of a peaceful and relaxing stay in the care and attention of your hosts, Graham Sharon & Heather.

With level access from our Private Car Park through into the Lounge and Dining rooms, guests staying in one of our ground-floor rooms have no greater obstacle to negotiate than the single step up through the front door.
Visitors are welcome to use the guest lounge at any time for quiet reading or getting to know your fellow guests. Why not enjoy a game together - we have a variety of games available for you to borrow at any time.
The ground-floor lounge leads directly through to our spacious dining room where individual tables can be pushed together if you are with a larger group of friends.

All our Guest Bedrooms have en-suite facilities including WC and Shower cubicle. We have 3 ground-floor twin-bedded rooms, and a combination of Double and Twin rooms up stairs.
Due to popular demand we now also have one Single room and, new in 2007, a Family room on the second floor, which will accommodate a family of 5.

Essentially we offer accommodation exclusively for non-smokers. When the occasional smoker does check in, we ask that they adhere to our only guest restriction: that smoking is not tolerated anywhere on the premises.
