very clean, well appointed. Nice stay. Our opinion is it was setup to cater more to business people than the usual holiday travelers, but so is Aberdeen as a whole.

Friendly well run , clean B&B I was up to early for what looked a good scottish breakfast but serial and fruit was supplied in my room which i appreciated. Will probably go back in the not to distant future. Nice Pub / Restaurant a couple of doors down.

Our stay at The Beeches was very pleasurable. The bedrooms and dining area were modern and comfortable. The owner greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Like all hotel and B&B stays food is very important and the breakfast was quickly served, tasty and plenty of it. We could not recommend The Beeches any higher and should the occassion arise we will utilise these facilities in the future.
