We offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation in our Guest House which comprises five double letting bedrooms, all featuring en-suite bathrooms, w/c and shower. The English Tourist Board grading is 4 Stars Silver Award.

We enjoy a very quiet position, in our well-timbered grounds, although we are actually, in the centre of Grasmere village - convenient for all facilities.

A traditionally built, Lakeland house which is concealed in the grounds and quietly situated adjacent to and overlooking the River Rothay. 4 miles from Ambleside, 8 miles from Windermere and 12 miles from Keswick. It certainly provides a high degree of comfort being double glazed, centrally heated, tastefully decorated and well furnished accommodation throughout. Our superior rooms contain king sized beds, one has a Four Poster.
