Thanks to its magnificent countryside and coastal views, the Beacon is a Country House Hotel with the emphasis very much on peace and quiet. It is situated in two acres of grounds on the southern slopes of St Agnes Beacon. It commands one of the best vistas in the area, with views across St Ives bay in the south.
The bedrooms at The Beacon are bright, modern and tasteful, looking out on to the panorama or the grounds. All have en-suite shower or bath with shower, TV, direct dial phone, high speed internet access (when you bring your own laptop!), tea / coffee making facilities, toiletries and hairdryers.
Personally managed by Sue & Gordon, the resident owners, the Hotel is geared towards providing its visitors with the opportunity to relax and unwind in the quiet and beautiful surroundings. Admire the changing golours, gaze at the stars in the darkness, listen to the silence, interruopted only bu birdsong (or the odd tractor!).
Surrounded by wildlife, rabbits, foxes and birds, the hustle and bustle of city life are left far behind.
