Under new ownership since 2009, this elegant Victorian guest house provides a relaxing, comfortable retreat with views overlooking the spectacular cliffs of Port Isaac Bay.

The house has recently undergone a major renovation, sympathetically restored to its former glory. All of our eight ensuite rooms are individually decorated, each with their own ambience and most with sea views. Enjoy the peacefulness of our Music Room and have a play at the piano if you wish.

We serve a generous traditional breakfast using the finest of local ingredients available. Individual preferences can be catered for.

Our aim is for you to return home refreshed in body, mind and spirit having enjoyed the beauty of Cornwall whilst experiencing the tranquility and warmth of "our house by the sea"

Hotel Policies:

To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of one night payable by card. You can ring us on 01208 880380 between the hours of 10 AM - 8 PM.
The deposit of the first night's stay is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. If cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival, the amount of your entire
stay becomes payable.

Bay Hotel B&B in Port Isaac has lovely rooms with bath, nice bed & friendly staff. The breakfast room overlooks the bay & the standard of breakfast is very good. It is in a nice position close to everything in town, just a short walk down the hill. The Edge Restaurant over the road has excellent service & food. Can thoroughly recommend both.

Nice hotel with exellent hosts we enjoyed our stay. Great sea views from our bedroom windows but they could have done with a clean on the outside. Excellent breakfast and evening meals available just across the road from the hotel at the edge.

allthough the premises externally looked like it could do with a lick of paint,inside was a treasure trove,lovely lounges with oxblood oxford leather seating, our room, allthough being the least expensive, was well appointed,clean and most of al charmingly delightfull with spectacular views of the bay, i'd strongly recommend this as the ideal place to visit port isaac and port gaveare.

Good location and nice room. My only complaint would be that the breakfast room was cold as they only had a small electric heater instead of having the log fire alight. We were the only guests however and it was a cold weekend.
