Bathweston Lawn, Bath

Weston Lawn, our comfortable family run B&B in Bath, is a Georgian house with the rooms and halls hung with family portraits, prints and paintings. The Entrance Hall has a delightful pastel portrait of a Great Aunt when she was a little girl. While upstairs, sober faced ancestors stare down reproachfully from the walls in the corridor.

Free Parking is available off the road, beside our house. Just down the road is our local pub, The Old Crown, which serves evening meals.

We serve Breakfast in our traditionally furnished Dining Room where you can read the morning paper. You have the choice of a large Continental Breakfast including Fiona's special fruit compot, or AGA cooked English Breakfast with sausage, bacon and egg.

Our family pets, Rafa the marmalade pussy cat, and Lottie the Cocker Spaniel,are never far away. Rafa may come to say hello at breakfast.

ACCOMMODATION
We offer Double ,Twin and Family accommodation and single occupancy is available.

All our rooms have en-suite or private facilities, central heating and are luxuriously furnished to ensure your relaxing stay. We provide a Colour TV, Radio, Alarm Clock, and Hair Dryer, and you can make yourselves Tea or Coffee.

We provide plenty of reading material including books and publications with information on Bath and the surroundings.
Internet access is also available.

The Garden Room
Our spacious downstairs double en suite measuring 12' x 17', has a king size bed, a sofa and a sofa bed. The bathroom has both a bath and shower. The room can accommodate up to two adults and two children. The Garden Room has its own entrance giving you additional privacy.

The Cottage
In our garden, just a few yards from the house, the Cottage offers B&B or self catering accommodation for up to two adults and two children, or three adults. The Double Bedroom has a king size bed and has the shower room with hand basin and WC off one end.Off the other end is the Living Room with comfortable chairs, a single bed and kitchen area. You have complete privacy and can come and go as you please.

Wisteria
Is a large and very nice Twin or Double room approximately 12' x 12' with antique furniture and original fireplace. The spacious private bathroom is just down the corridor and has a bath and separate walk in shower. The WC is just outside the bathroom and is shared with one other guest room.

Red Room
This is our pretty, smaller Double room, 11' x 8', with an original fireplace and traditional furniture. The en suite shower room has a walk in shower and hand basin. The WC is just outside and is shared with one other guest room.

LOCATION
We are just over one mile to the west of Bath city centre, 12 minutes from the M4 motorway. It is a comfortable 25 minute Walk into Bath mostly through the park, or you can use the frequent Bus service, or summon the Taxi. Full directions are available prior to booking.
