Welcome to Barncroft, luxury bed and breakfast accommodation close to Nec and Birmingham Airport. Brand new build to the highest standard with all the room facilities of a top class hotel. Luxury ensuites with marble bathrooms and high quality chrome fixtures & fittings, mini bar, desk, flat screen digital TV /dvd/radio, hairdryer, iron,tea and coffee, free wi-fi internet access,SKY tv lounge, free parking, Only a 6 minutes drive to NEC.

A full english breakfast is served daily from 7am in our beautiful comtemporary dining room.
The guest TV lounge has sky TV and an honesty bar. Plenty of off road private parking. Parking for big vehicle also available.

Romantic break packages/ upgrades available poa.

Prices start FROM £35 PER PERSON based on sharing a room. Single occupancy prices from £65 , room rates may apply. Twin rooms have 2 double beds and triple room has 3 double beds.Family room with 3 double beds and 2 tv's.

At roundabout 3rd exit straight A452 (Ignore signs to Hampton in Arden).At (Mercedes) roundabout continue ahead 1st exit. At roundabout u-turn 3rd exit back up A452 and BARNCROFT is just after speed camera on left before Blooms garden centre.

M6 , exit junction 4 (NEC/COVENTRY). A446 to Coventry/Leamington/Kenilworth etc. Continue straight, A446 merges into A452. At roundabout 2nd exit A452 . At roundabout 3rd exit A452. At (Mercedes) roundabout exit 1st continue ahead. At roundabout u-turn 3rd exit back up A452 and BARNCROFT is on left just after speed camera , before Blooms.

M40, exit junction 15. Take A46 towards Stratford/Warwick/Solihull. Exit A46 onto A4177 to Solihull.
Continue along A4177, exit 3rd continue A4177 past Honiley Court Hotel and Dogs Trust. At top bare left onto A452 Balsall Common, Stonebridge/airport.
Head straight along A452 through Balsall Common. At roundabout with Premier Inn/ George In the Tree Beefeater take 1st exit onto dual Carriageway A452. BARNCROFT is on left just after speed camera, before Blooms.

By Train: Birmingham International (NEC) approx 10 mins taxi ride 01675 443 100 - local Taxi.
Local stations: Hampton in Arden and Berkswell. 3 mins drive using local taxi above. Both 1 stop , 2 mins from International.

Great night. Everything you would expect as a business traveller from a 3 or 4 star hotel plus more. Great facilities, great room, great breakfast. All in all, couldn't be bettered. Will certainly use again.

*Excellent* Booked last thing and found this great B&B where i will be staying again for sure. Rooms are clean, bed was so nice everything is quality from the furnishings to the fixtures. The owner even got up early to sort my breakfast out, wouldnt get that at a hotel.

Best B & B we have ever stayed in My husband and I stayed here as we were going to a wedding in Hampton Manor. I have now converted my husband to B & B, he could not believe the high quality of accomodation or food, this ranks up there with some of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Perfect for Business Traveller I stay in lots of hotels and do not normally choose to stay in guest houses as they often feel like an invasion of someones home. With Bancroft that is simply not the case. My room was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail was what made this stay worth the scores I have given. From the quality of the furnishings, to the fittings in the bathroom, to the reasonably priced mini-bar, to the printer in the hallway (if you needed to link to your laptop) that is what makes a hotel/guest house worth visiting again. I doubt I have stayed in a more comfortable bed. I cannot recommend this guest house more highly, but please make sure there is rooms available for me in the future because I will be back when next in the area!

Wonderful guest house , 5 star quality. We were really impressed by the standard of Barncroft throughout. Our family room was beautiful and proper beds , no hidden pull outs! The quality of everything was far nicer than most hotels we have stayed in. Vicky and Mark were fabulous hosts and breakfast was more than the norm! The bear inn pub was beautiful and only 5 mins drive away! We would definately recommend Barncroft to everyone, excellent family value, very close to nec but we decided to catch the train to visit the gadget show! We parked at the station for free ,fare was much cheaper than taxi or parking! Very professional, immaculate guest house!

Highly Recommend! Barncroft is the best Guest I have ever stayed in. Excellent value for money and a wonderful choice at breakfast. The room was amazing and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Hidden off the road 5 minutes from NEC. Tamarinds restaurant in the village was the nicest Indian Restaurant I have been to in a long time. 1st class accommodation, well worth the stay!

Superb, Quality, Guesthouse, better than most hotels. Wish all guesthouses (and indeed hotels) were as good as this. Everything really was perfect. Quality room and bathroom. Very comfy bed, with pocket sprung mattress (surely should always be the case in any hotel or guesthouse but rarely is I find). Friendly but not intrusive proprietors. Free no fuss Wi Fi. Plenty of off road parking. Well cooked breakfast. Wished we were staying more than one night. We stay frequently in hotels and B and Bs and have not found better than this. We do not hesitate to recommend Barncroft.

excellent extremely clean modern high quality accommodation brill for larger than average families We are a family with three children one of them teenage. Normally this is seen as a problem and you may have to book up to three rooms with other establishments, however Barncroft can easily provide for larger than average families with their family room which provides a high standard of comfort and cleanliness. We stayed on the 11th of December the room was a great size and the bathroom was extremely clean The beds were spotless and very comfortable and if we didn't have an early flight we could have slept till noon. We left to early to sample the cooked breakfast but were informed to help ourselves to what ever we fancied from a continental style breakfast which was more than ample. We would highly recommend the Barncroft and if ever in the area would use again. Fantastic Familey Stay My husband stays at the Barncroft weekly and suggested the family stopped here for a visit to the NIA in Birmingham. Perfect! A great place to stay close to NEC with plenty of parking even a big van like mine! The room was warm, cozy and well appointed. I enjoyed having soak in the bath - just like home! Barncroft is faultless in every way. The selection at breakfast knocks spots of the big hotels. The full english breakfast certainly hits the spot! Served from 7am too which was perfect. Free wi-fi, desk and wireless printing is an excellent facility. The owners were very accommodating and helpful . Plenty of pubs close by. I can't recommend this guest house highly enough. I will certainly return in the future.

5 Star Guest House Having stayed in hotels for the last 5 years and unable to book anywhere due to event at NEC i found the Barncroft, and I’m glad I did. 5 star hotel quality in a guest house, fantastic room very clean with all mod cons, free wifi (fed up paying the robbing hotels for this service), this is the first time i can even comment about the bed mattress (so comfortable, just like being at home), very good choice of breakfast and friendly service at all times. You won't find better !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel experience with B&B friendiness Our room have all the comforts and expectations of a modern hotel...including mini bar if you wanted it. On the night we stayed they were full but didn't heard the other guests at all. Barncroft is situated on a busy road but the propety is well screened by large trees which cut down the noise. The full English breakfast was huge. Friendly landlady recoremended a good place to eat. Everything about our stay was A+.

Quality, individuality and value. Superb accomodation near the NEC with wifi and parking for half the chain hotel rate on NEC site. If I was to quibble I'd have liked a reading light on the desk. But that really is quibbling - this was excellent accomodation and a good breakfast as well as advice on where to get an evening meal.

A 5 star luxury B & B and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. If you’re looking for luxury and a warm welcome then Barncroft will not disappoint you. This is a lovely place to stay and very comfortable and attention to detail is second to none. There is plenty to choose from for breakfast to suit everyone’s taste, access to sky TV, and also a selection of DVD’s for all ages to choose from that you can watch in your room if you wish. There is plenty of tourist information for local attractions and a very informative guide to all the local pubs and restaurants and other amenities. Barncroft is definitely 5 Star and very reasonably priced and I would not hesitate in staying here again. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Having spent many a year travelling the UK as a sales representative I have spent many nights in hotels and very few had rooms more comfortable and clean as here and cost much more. An ideal stopover for the NEC and nearby attractions and we can highly recommend a stay here. Despite being close to a main road, traffic noise was not a problem. Great value for money. First Class! Lovely welcome & great location and 100% better than staying in any national branded hotel chain. First class room, great desk area, flat screen, iPod charger x 2 (nice touch), very comfortable bed and very nice decor. The bathroom was beautiful and really stunning and spotless! Although technically a Quality B&B, this surpasses most hotels that I have stayed in over the past 18 years. Stay On 20th November 2011 Absolutely lovely place and location was excellent for the NEC. Bed was one of the most comfortble I have ever slept in. Best B & B Near Nec Second time we have stayed here and it was our first choice as soon as we knew we booked tickets to the NEC. Welcoming hosts and luxurious rooms better than a lot of hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast was excellent. Planning a mini break for the area next year and already discussed availability. Excellent!!! What an excellent B & B! The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was not only stunning but also spotless. We loved the little extras eg the iPod chargers-made it feel very modern and up-to-date with what people want! Breakfast was lovely-great that we could choose what eggs we wanted and the owners couldn't do anymore for us. Just wish we could've stayed longer-will definitely return!
