A fine detached Victorian house offering 5 three to four star luxury self-contained 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in a quiet leafy residential area, close to the promenade, the floral hall and conference complex, Ocean Plaza, Lord Street and 6 champion golf courses. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Barford house is now wi-fi enabled.
Prices are inclusive of heating, clean fresh bedding and towels.
For families with small children we can provide a travel cot, high chair and bed guard.
For guests who have difficulty walking we offer the use of a wheel chair, this needs to be booked as it's very popular.For those of you who Struggle getting out of bed - ask for our bed rail to be fitted to your bed when booking.The ground floor two bedroom apartment has just had a large walk in shower installed with a shower chair to make bathing easier.
For guests travelling from abroad we can book you a taxi pickup one way or return, all we need are your flight details.
If your flight arrives in the early hours why not let us pick you up some essentials for breakfast so you don't have to worry about getting up early.
We allow small very well behaved pets in the ground floor apartments only. Please ask when booking if your planning to bring your dog.
All apartments are modern and furnished to a very high standard.
We offer two ground floor apartments and three one bedroom apartments. We offer free wireless Wi-Fi and off road parking.

Southport has very good road and rail links.
All apartments have the benefit of free Wi-Fi.
The garden apartment has the bonus of it's own garden and patio to the rear of the house.
The ground floor apartment has just undergone refurbishment and now offers a large modern walk in shower. The kitchen has been refitted and now offers a separate freezer and fridge.
All apartments have flat screen Tv's in the lounge and bedrooms.
Guests are given a warm hearty welcome on arrival, I leave milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and sugar can be found in the cupboard.
Hotel Policies:
No pets unless agreed with the owner, in house policy applies as follows.
No pets allowed on the beds or furniture, they must not be allowed on the lawns back or front to do their business or wet, they must be taken out at all times on the lead.
NO SMOKING within any part of the house, ashtrays are provided outside in the gardens
Check in time 3 - 4pm. Check out time 10am.
A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure a booking.

The floral hall theatre and conference complex is within easy walking distance ( under 5 mins )
Lord Street with it's fine restaurantes, bistro's, wine bars, boutiques and shops very close by as is Hesketh park, the marine lake, the beach, Ocean plaza, Pleasureland and our beautiful nature reserve.
We our ideally situated for those of you who love to play golf, many championship courses are within easy reach.
