Banwell Castle
It is said that an Englishman's home is his Castle, this Englishman's Castle is his home !

The Castle remains very much the Parsons family home, but we welcome guests to the landmark buildings.

Banwell Castle is situated midway between Cheddar Gorge (6 miles) and Weston-Super-Mare (4 Miles).
We are located 3 miles from exit 21 of the M5 Motarway.

The Castle remains the Parsons family home. The Castle is a listed grade 2 star, being a landmark building midway between Cheddar and Weston-Super-Mare in North Somerset. The Castle is open for bed and breakfast throughout the year and cream teas are served on the southern terrace in season.

Gatehouse Restaurant menu could be wider and the castle doesn't have a bar.

A beautifull place to stay. Our Spanish friends couldn't believe their luck that i had booked them into such a historic place. Well worth a visit for a night or two or even three.
