Welcome to the Balmoral Inn Oban. This small, family owned and managed 2 star inn, offering the best quality bed and breakfast and Scottish hospitality is situated in the centre of Oban, conveniently close to the shops, yet only minutes away from the beautiful seafront and bustling harbour. Please note that in accordance with Scottish law, the Inn is a no smoking establishment.
The hotel has 9 bedrooms including a family room, all en-suite. There is a large airy and bright dining room and a cosy and bustling bar which is frequented by locals as well as guests. We accept all credit cards except Amex and Diners.
All of our comfortable bedrooms have en-suite shower or bathrooms, and all have colour television and a hospitality tray.Hairdryers are also available on request. Well-behaved children and other pets are most welcome, and we can provide cots by prior arrangement.
Tha Balmoral Inn has a lively and comfortable bar on the ground floor of the building serving a wide range of fine whiskies, spirits and ale. Due to Scottish legislation the bar is non-smoking. The rooms are reached only by stairs - we do not have a lift or escalator. Consequently we regret that we are unable to cater for guests for whom stairs present difficulties.
