Ballifeary is a Victorian villa located within 10-15 minutes walk from City centre, a 4 star Guest House, professionally run by owners with over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. Well equipped en-suite bedrooms and a comfortable residents lounge.

Breakfast is chosen from the varied menu of local produce and all is frshly cooked to order. A full selection is available of Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Potato Scone, & Black Pudding, or perhaps you prefer Smoked Haddock, Kippers or Smoked Salmon served with Scrambled Eggs are also available.

Directions:

BY ROAD:- Coming from the north on the A9, after the Kessock Bridge, turn right at the roundabout (3rd exit) into Inverness on to the A82 sign posted Fort William.
Coming from the South on the A9 turn left (filter lane) at the roundabout sign posted A82.
Continue along the A82 straight across 2 roundabouts, at the 3rd roundabout take 2nd exit across Friars Bridge (River Ness), at next roundabout take 2nd exit into Kenneth Street, continue to end of road to junction controlled by traffic lights. (Royal Bank of Scotland & Victoria Wine Store opposite) Turn right onto Tomnahurich Street continue past Highland Council Headquarters on the left & take next left turn into Bishops Road, at mini roundabout turn right into Ballifeary Road we are no 10 on the right hand side.
BY TRAIN:- Inverness Railway Station is in the city centre 15-20 minutes walk or a short Taxi ride to the guest house.
