My single room was immaculate and nicely furnished. My breakfast was quite good, and my hostess was a lot of fun to talk to. Austins is a convenient walk to the bus and railway stations and not far from the central shopping district. I enjoyed my stay and will go back there the next time I'm in Cardiff.

Found this to be a very pleasant guest house. Received an email within an hour of requesting availability and pricing information. We got a friendly welcome upon arrival and the room was quite nice, with en-suite. Located just opposite the Millenium Stadium and barely 5 minutes walk to town. Parking can be awkward as there is limited spaces out the front but we paid a deposit for a parking permit, which was refunded when we left. Would definitely book here again.

Inadequate maintenance of bathroom facilities (e.g. blocked plughole leading to overspill in shower). Sink and mirror too low, and no hooks or shelves to place things on.
