Clean, quiet and comfortable with an excellent, centrally located location. My only slight complaint is that my room was very warm and a fan in the room would have been useful. However, it was very hot weather and the room was at the top of the house.

A good location and pleasant hoasts. Lovely old house but could perhaps use a little more love and attention to bring it up to it's potential.

Double room was much smaller than I had anticipated; quite pricey at £90. Other than that the Guest House was very clean and well-run, and breakfast was fine. We would have appreciated access to at least part of the garden; I'm sure a bench could be provided there for smokers.

nice clean hotel good food and friendly staff what we sawof them.quiet enough even being on main road. both in our seventies so more than a ten minute walk to princess st, though good bus service into centre.one drawback was lack of hot water to handbasin also heating came on rather late.otherwise a nice quiet enjoyable stay.
