ABOUT ASHBANK
A Scottish welcome awaits at our comfortable B&B near main line trains and M9 motorway. Ideal for families and business people as access/ touring base for Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and The Trossachs. Our 100-year-old house has wonderful views to the Forth Valley, the river Forth and the Ochil Hills at Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire and the lowlands of Fife.
ACCOMMODATION
All our rooms are en-suite and are decorated with individual taste for your comfort in mind. Full breakfasts are served in the large dining room overlooking the garden which is full of birds with the occasional squirrel visiting the bird feeders. 2 our our rooms have wonderful views and the other 2 rooms overlook our private garden.
VISITOR ATTRACTIONS
Linlithgow Palace and Blackness Castle are to the east of Falkirk while the Falkirk Wheel connecting the Forth & Clyde Canal and the Union Canal lie to the west together with the Antonine Wall and the best remains of the Roman Fort at Roughcastle, the Battle of Falkirk memorial proudly stands overlooking Larbert and Torwood. Visit Callendar house in Falkirk (free entry) and stroll around the loch in Callendar Park.
LOCAL AMENITIES
Try fine dining at Champany's and other Linlithgow eating places and pub grub available locally. Airth Castle Hotel and the Inchyra Grange Hotel cater for weddings and conferences. Grangemouth Stadium, the Milnholm Riding Centre and various fisheries are nearby for you try your luck!

DIRECTIONS
Exit junction 5 of M9 motorway and follow signs for Falkirk/Polmont. After 300 yards turn left and proceed uphill to crossroads. Go straight through crossroads and then turn second right. Ashbank is on the right.

By air to Edinburgh Airport (20 minutes by road - M9)
By bus to/from Falkirk Bus Station.
