We are a small family run business located directly opposite Harrogate International Conference Centre, just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre and Harrogate’s many shops and restaurants. Even the Great Yorkshire Showground is a ten minute drive from the Guest House.

A traditional Victorian terraced property, we have a range of guest rooms offering home from home comfort. With both cosy and contemporary styles, each room has en-suite or private facilities and a complimentary tea and coffee tray. We also provide free wi-fi throughout. Every stay includes our traditional English breakfast.

No need to worry about parking we have a car park to the rear of the Guest House. Alternatively, we issue parking permits free of charge to park on the road that runs alongside the Guest House. Our central Harrogate location means guests have easy access to all the town centre amenities, including bus and rail links.

Check-in times are 1400-2100 unless pre-arranged.
A debit/credit card is required to secure your reservation at Ash Grove. There will be no cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled before 12:00 hotel local time 2 days before your date of arrival however this may vary depending on what's on in Harrogate. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of no show the entire stay will be charged.

Smashing place to stay. A very warm welcome with tea and cake after a long drive. Lovely clean room with a hot shower. Was lovely to have a bit of a lie in and a late breakfast which not many b&b's would do. Attention to detail and the owners main concern is the guests. Really felt as if we were at home.

Talk about location. Ash Grove is ideally situated in the heart of the beautiful spa town Harrogate. Directly opposite the Harrogate International Centre and within walking distance to the many shops and restaurants Harrogate has to offer!
Enjoy tea at Betty's or a stroll to Valley Gardens and relax at the Turkish Baths.

This place was recommended to us by some friends of us and I can tell u we were not disappointed. We couldn't believe how close this was to the town centre and literally opposite the International Centre. The hospitality we received from Tabs was second to none. Beautifully decorated rooms, great choice at breakfast, free car park and wifi and reasonably priced considering how ideally situated Ash Grove is. Thank you Tabs for a lovely stay. Highly Recommended!

This place deserves a definite 10/10. A very warm welcome, lovely room comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. Everything you want on a stay away from home-nothing is to much rouble for Tabs. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Ash Grove and definitely be back!

Top place! Recently refurbished with high quality furniture. Ideally located across the road from the conference centre and town within walking distance... Highly recommend Ash Grove. Booked again for July.

I can't fault our stay at all. Fantastic run family business. We travelled from the USA for a four night stay with friends. On arrivale we had coffee in the lounge with biscuits. Her son helped us with our bags. Rooms nicely decorated. We enjoyed the Full English. Tabs made us feel so welcome and had a real passion for Yorkshire. Would definitely recommend Ash Grove to our friends and family and would definitely come back. Thank you Tabs and son. We wish you well with future business.

The Guest House was ideally located for the Harrogate International Centre. I literally rolled out of the Guest House and in to the International Centre. Great welcome, room great and breakfast magnificent. Lovely Hostess.
