Arosa Bed and Breakfast
The Arosa is a quiet, family owned and operated four star bed and breakfast establishment, situated in Bexhill on Sea's Town Centre. A ground floor twin en-suite room is available for those who dislike stairs and a choice of three or four bedded family rooms are available at reasonable rates. Everybody is guaranteed a warm welcome including cyclists, families and hikers.

We pride ourselves on providing clean, comfortable, well appointed and competitively priced accommodation with a hearty traditional English Breakfast together with hot or cold beverages, fruit juices, a variety of breakfast cereals and fresh fruit. Alternatively, Continental Breakfast options are available, should you prefer. Vegetarian or vegan options are no problem and available upon request.

If you're not a "breakfast person" we can provide a slightly more economical option of accommodation on a “room only” basis. Free unlimited WiFi access is available if your PC is equipped for this option. All rooms have colour TV and discounts for long stays can be agreed when booking.

We are centrally located in the town, only 100 yards from the seafront and a stone's throw from the shops, railway station, bus station and all other amenities. Within the town you will find numerous banks, building societies, cash points and Post Office, all conveniently situated for your use. Additionally there are a choice of restaurants, wine bars, cafe's and public houses, not to mention some of the best fish and chip restaurants in the area.

Free parking is not usually a problem. However, public car parking facilities are available at the De La Warr Pavillion which is located less that 100 yards from us.

We were snowed in whilst visiting Mum & Dad and we couldn't get out of Bexhill. We were recommended to call the Arosa by a local publican. We were given a friendly, warm welcome and made to feel at home, it was a really nice place. Everything was clean, tidy, well presented and comfortable. It was nice and cosy and the vegetarian food was excellent too. If we have to stay in Bexhill again it goes without saying that we'll stay here. If you expect value for money the Arosa is the place to stay. Thank you Madeleine.

We have stayed in a nearby B&B but their other guests go out drinking until late and are very noisy when coming home. We tried the Arosa and wish we'd come here before. Nothing is too much trouble, the food is good and the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We'll definately recommend it to others and will stay there again.

We came to see my Mum and a friend recommended the Arosa - they weren't wrong. Although it's an old building it has so much character and is very comfortable too. Madeleine keeps the place spotlessly clean and made us feel at home. Food is excellent and plentiful. We've booked to come again and we're looking forward to it.

I normally stay at another nearby establishment but it's got so noisy there lately that I decided to try the Arosa. It was quiet, relaxing and peaceful, food was good, the room was spotless and very comfortable. I will definately stay here again. Thanks Madeleine for making me so welcome - you've got a new customer.
