Arduthie Guest House
The land upon which Arduthie House is built is first mentioned in land deeds dating back to 1789 when it was purchased as a site suitable for settlement. The present lovely detached house was completed over one hundred and fifty years ago. Arduthie house has been run as a very successful and well known guest house for a number of years and is justifiably proud of its high reputation for quality, comfort and friendliness.

Stonehaven is a lovely coastal town only 15 minutes from the city of Aberdeen and surrounded by many lovely tourist attractions. Arduthie House is the ideal place to relax and explore the North East of Scotland during your vacation. For the businessman we offer a stress free stay away from the noisy bustle of city life yet within easy commuting distance of Aberdeen.

The accomodations were immaculate and actually quite impressively outfitted. We were all (4 of us) quite impressed and more than comfortable. Also, our host kindly recommended a superb eating place and even made arrangements for us to have a seat by the window with a lovely view. All in all a very pleasant stay and definitely a repeatable experience.
