A 2 star Hotel, the Alison Park is situated in its own grounds in a quiet position on Temple Road in Buxton in the middle of the Derbyshire Peak District. We are near to the Pavilion Gardens and Opera House and within easy walking distance of the centre of the town. Our Guests can expect comfortable accommodation combined with a friendly and informal atmosphere resulting in a unique visit - whether on holiday or on business.
We have off road parking for approximately 15 vehicles. Access to the hotel is via the four steps or the ramp into the front hall. Once in the Hotel, Reception is to the left and to the right is the bar. There is also another lounge with television and a payphone.
Both lounges have level access through to the restaurant and ground floor wing. The restaurant has seating for approximately 40 people. The main staircase and lift serve both upper floors. We offer a variety of accommodation including 3 singles, 4 twins, 7 doubles, 2 family rooms and 1 suite.
All of these rooms are en suite apart from 4 (1 single, 1 twin, 1 double and 1 family - which all have private (lockable) bathrooms across the corridor). All of the accommodation has colour television, direct dial telephone and tea/coffee making facilities.
