The Albert Hotel is a contemporary hotel located in the town centre of Kirkwall within Orkney. The hotel is a Visit Scotland 3 star rated hotel. Kirkwall is one of Orkney's 2 main towns and provides an excellent base from which to explore Orkney.
The hotel's town centre location means its close to all the local restaurants & attractions. These include the Orkney Museum & Wireless Museum. Balfour Castle is located 4 miles away from Kirkwall. Also nearby is Skara Brae Prehistoric Village (14 Miles), Skara Brae contains the best preserved group of Stone Age houses in Western Europe. The Ring of Brodgar Stone Circle & Henge (14 Miles), a magnificent circle of upright stones with an enclosing ditch spanned by causeways.
