Albany House is a spacious Victorian town house built in the late 1800's. Retaining many original features, the property is ideally situated in an attractive location close to the town centre. Five quality bedrooms either en-suite or with private facilities.All rooms have colour TV, refreshment tray, alarm clock , hairdryer, branded toiletries and lovely soft towels.
We are in the market town of Penrith, one of the main towns in Cumbria. Penrith is easily accessible by both road and rail. The town is at the crossroads of the M6 (J40), the A66 and the A6. Manchester is 110 miles, London 275 miles and Glasgow and Edinburgh 120 miles. An ideal stopover for travellers to and from Scotland. This is a great place for you.
Penrith is on the Coast to Coast (C2C) cycle route and we provide secure indoor cycle storage and drying facilities. There is a vast array of activities available within a short drive or bus journey, including walking, archery, shooting, paragliding and quad bikes, water sports in the Lake District, golf on a number of fine local golf courses and the excellent Penrith driving range.
