Each room is approximately thirty-five square metres and has its own en-suite facilities and is furnished with a colour TV, DVD player and Freeview box. Each room also has its own tea and coffe making facilities and hair dryer. Some rooms have sea views overlooking the forth.

Situated in a very prominent position in the main shopping centre of Kirkcaldy High St, Ahaven B&Bis a stones throw from the railway station(5 minutes walking) and bus station(2 minutes walking). It is also a few minutes walk from a wide variety of pubs, clubs and other entertainments. There is off street parking for up to 8 cars.

We have very comfortable accommodation, in a selection of single, double, twin and family rooms. All rooms are tastefully decorated, attractively furnished and are equipped with en-suite bath or shower, heating, colour television, radio alarm, clock and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities.
