Betty's welcome and hospitality are second to none and she is a superb cook also. Accommodation is clean and comfortable and the cosy bar is comfortable and friendly, a great place to relax after a busy day. We would certainly visit again.

The welcome was a warm one, paricularly from local people already in the bar. The accomodation was excellent and met all of my needs. The "oldie worldy" feel of the hotel added to the overall experience. Breakfast next morning was my first experience of the traditional Welsh laverbread and something which I will try again. Overall it was an excellent experience for me and somewhere I would certainly return to when the opportunity arises. Excellent value for money. The owner was extremely pleasant and demonstrated her attention to detail in providing hospitality to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. I would fully recommend Afon Duad Inn.
