Acorn Guest House, Hull

The House was built in 1926 with stained glass, coving, beautiful fireplaces and other refinements of that era. "Acorn" came about in 1992 with alterations to improve the facilities which are always ongoing to enhance the visitor experience. Now a 4 star B&B, holiday and business guests are assured of a warm welcome to the Acorn as we are a family business with hands on experience and a lot of repeat customers and long staying guests.

We have seven rooms, all very individual, and suitable for a variety of people. There are 3 ground floor rooms with no steps to front or rear of property, 3 further rooms on the 1st floor, and a 2nd floor room with french doors and balcony overlooking the large rear garden.

There is seating outside and gazebos, a large fish pond and patio areas to sit in and read etc.

Spacious breakfast room overlooking the garden at the rear of the property. There is both buffet and cooked breakfast on the day. Help yourself to a good choice of cereals, fresh fruit, bread and toast, orange and preserves. We serve a traditional Full English breakfast and a full Vegetarian alternative.
Cooked breakfasts consist of Free Range eggs, fried, poached or scrambled, beans, tomatoes, bacon and cumberland sausage/ vegetarian sausage and bacon. If required kippers or other items will be cooked to order.
There is freshly filtered coffee or a variety of tea and hot chocolate.
