Achray House Hotel
Whether you want action packed activity, or just to relax and unwind, the Achray House Hotel and Lodges are ideal for a break away from the stresses and strains of modern life. With a choice between comfortable bedrooms in the hotel, or well appointed self catering lodges, you can choose accommodation to suit your mood.

Set in the tranquil village of St Fillans - in the heart of rural Perthshire – Achray House has spectacular views over Loch Earn to the hills beyond. Within the boundaries of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, the hotel is an ideal base from which to explore the Trossachs and the Southern Highlands of Scotland.

Walkers can choose from a host of low level walks, or over fifty Munro’s within an hour’s drive. There are also 35 golf courses within the same distance. Loch Earn and nearby rivers provide a wide range of watersports, and cyclists can choose from gentle rides to extreme mountain biking in the area. Fishing and field sports are also well catered for on the local lochs and estates.

Dinner at Achray House is one of the highlights of the day. Enjoy fine food using the best local seasonal ingredients whilst you look out over the loch, followed perhaps by a glass of malt whisky from our extensive collection.

Your hosts, Alan and Jane Gibson and their team offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, comfortable rooms with all facilities and excellent food and wine.

The Achray House Hotel has eight bedrooms. Seven of the rooms have views of Loch Earn or mountains beyond, and all have en suite bathrooms with a bath and shower.

One loch view room is a family room, with a large double bedroom, and a second bedroom with two bunk beds. Both rooms have direct access to the family sized bathroom. There is ample space in the main bedroom room for an additional bed or cot, both of which are available from reception.

All rooms are fully equipped for your entertainment and comfort. Each has a colour television (most are flatscreen), radio with alarm, direct dial telephone and hairdryer. The hotel has free WIFI access for all guests. (There is limited mobile telephone reception in the hotel and lodges, and most networks are inaccessible.) All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and central heating.

The rates are from £50 per person, per night, based on two people sharing, for bed and breakfast (B&B) or £ 70 per person, per night for Dinner, bed and breakfast (D,B&B). We do not have any single rooms, and single occupancy of a double or twin room will be charged a supplement of £30 per night. We offer multi day packages at reduced rates.
