An imposing villa of the Victorian age, tastefully refurbished with Modern facilities but still maintaining the original Victorian theme. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and one room has its own private en-suite bathroom,the stairs leading to these bedrooms has a landing with a magnificent leaded stained glass window.
To the front of the building there is a lovely garden with flowers and shrubs making a very pleasing approach to the guest house. To the rear is a further garden with lawns, shrubs and trees with seating. Along side this garden is a car park which is secluded and private.
The guest house overlooks the river Tay and is situated a short distance from Dundee city centre on the main road from the Tay bridge to Aberdeen (A90) and the costal route to Carnoustie (A92). It provides the ideal centre for exploring the city and the surrounding countryside, an area of outstanding beauty with many fine golf courses and attractions within easy reach.
