Unique Hotel Dom, Saas Fee

Unique Hotel Dom*** is situated in the centre of car-free Saas-Fee, 1800m above sea level. Thanks to the Allalin glacier, snowboarding and carving is possible all year long, up to an altitude of 3600m! As you enter the lobby of our “Unique Hotel” you can immediately feel the unique spirit of the place. Trendy, cool and down-to-earth is what best describes the atmosphere. This can especially be experienced at the world famous popcorn Shop & Bar with its motto “Every day is a party!”.

Saas-Fee lies in an idyllic valley surrounded by the highest mountains in the Swiss Alps. No less than 13 four-thousand-metre peaks encircle our village at the foot of the glaciers like a shell and give it its distinctive name "the Pearl of the Alps". In winter the high-altitude valley benefits from its elevation and enjoys guaranteed snow. Apart from being able to ski up to an altitude of 3600 m above sea level, visitors also benefit from a wide variety of shops and entertainment.

You have to experience it yourself to be able to describe the atmosphere at Dom. It is the interplay of après-ski feeling, easy-going lifestyle and entertainment. Making sure the place runs smoothly from its first day, is the founder of POPCORN and driving force, Robi Anthamatten (photo above on the right).

Whether it’s the Sony Playstation in each room, the legendary fondue at Domstübli, lounging in the cosy and relaxed atmosphere of Living Room or a live gig at Popcorn Bar – all this contributes to the feeling of “Unique Hotel”.

Saas-Fee is located at the end of a side valley of the Valaisian Saas Valley. It is easily accessed by car, train, or plane. Naturally, we offer our guests a complimentary pick-up service from the Saas-Fee bus terminal or car park with our electric-powered car. On arrival at 1800 metres, it’s time to get an overview of the world of Dom/ Popcorn.
