Cosy and familiar place. Breakfast started at 8 AM, but the host prepared earlier breakfast, since we had to leave earlier - good service! The room was clean, towels changed every day. We had a very nice stay!

In your AD the Hotel was rated 3 stars, which was not true, it is a one star Hotel. The room was not clean at all, I would say dirty. The bath room was never cleaned during four days. I would advise not to recommend this Hotel at all to any tourist visiting Lugano.
