The Hotel Paraiso del Mar enjoys a breathtaking view of the Costa del Sol. The hotel owner is an important aspect of this property because not only did he convert a rich man’s villa into a hotel, which is something anyone could do, but most important, he is there every day, personally taking care of his guests because he is always at your disposal, ready to assist in any way, whether in English, German, French of Spanish; he also runs a language institute...

The coastal view from this privileged location makes the place exceptionally worthwhile. Rooms of Paraiso del Mar are well fitted but not luxurious. Unfortunately not all have sea view, although among those which do, some even have a large private terrace.

If you can not book a sea view room do not worry, because back rooms can be larger or with a Jacuzzi to compensate for the lack of view. And there are plenty of wonderful terraces from lobby level down to the beach, where you can relax at your leisure.

The Hotel Paraiso del Mar consists of two Andalusian houses situated on a cliff just above the Mediterranean Sea. These two houses also count with lovely terraces and tropical style gardens plenty of sun beds where you can relax. A private access from Paraiso del Mar to the beach will delight you since as you go downstairs, you will be able to enjoy more terraces placed at different levels, which makes the atmosphere even more private. And there is another thing you can enjoy: "The surrounding area": only 10 minutes will be more than enough time for you to go to the centre of the town (by foot).

We stayed at the Paraiso del Mar for a short break. Hotel small and friendly. We had a junior suite which was very nice. Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom but no shower as such - however there was a shower on the roof terrace! Direct access to the beach and very well located for the town. Would recommend highly.

Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath but no shower as such - but there was a shower on the roof terrace - handy for hair washing! Would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location, friendly helpful staff, hotel was very clean , pretty rooms , good service and we were fortunate to arrive on a Friday night, when the owners invited all the guests to a bbq , followed by some really excellent guitar playing and singing by the Spanish owner - how generous, we were really touched and charned by this lovely invitation. Will be returning and recommending

We had a terrific stay, everyone was helpful, parking a great asset and our suite was perfect for our mid-trip break. Part of one month in Europe. The views were worth every cent. Better pillows would have made it even more enjoyable, but had this problem all over Spain and Portugal but not in Morocco (or Eastern Europe on previous trip). Also the breakfast was very generous and one we thoroughly enjoyed including all the things we like to eat. The fruit was of excellent quality.
