With a warm and welcoming ambience, Casa 10-11 provides a relaxing and safe place to chill out by the pool and enjoy precious time with friends and family and with some of the most beautiful countryside in Spain, the area is great for painting, mountain climbing, bird watching, cycling, walking or just exploring.
Uniquely decorated with individually themed en-suite rooms, Casa 10-11 offers a choice of B&B or Self Catering accommodation and can be reserved for different size groups up to a maximum of 18, ideal for family get-togethers, birthday celebrations, hen and stag parties and other special occasions
Facilities include private garden with 10 x 4 swimming pool and waterfall jacuzzi, sun terraces and loungers, shaded areas, patios, barbeques, bar, pool table, function room, free parking and much more. We also have lots of games, books, and dvd's for guest use
Meals can be provided by request and we can cater for special occasions, celebrations and parties in the function room
Linen and towels are provided and we are quite relaxed about the clock and have a flexible approach to breakfast times for B&B guests.

From Alicante airport, take the exit for all directions and join the CV344 in the direction A31 Madrid until exit 71b (Madrid and Mercalicante). Continue for Madrid and exit Elda and Monovar (approx 32km). Follow the directions for El Pinos and Jumilla (approx 20km), turn right at Culebron, and right again to Ubeda. After approx 3kms turn left at the sign for Ubeda, follow the small road to the end, and then turn left and right. We are on the left, Casa 10-11. There is a large tree just by our gates and the logo is on the wall
