Big 5 game drives and walks take you through pristine, unspoilt bush veld including Cheetah, Wild dog and black rhino. 8km’s of river winding through indigenous forest filled with the sounds of birds where you might see the very rare red duiker, suni and bushbuck. Book a guided walk with our qualified and experienced rangers, this exceptional experience is not to be missed.

After a hearty buffet breakfast you can spend the day relaxing undisturbed in your private hammock. Join the mid day Waterhole Look Out Activity to watch animals coming down for a drink. Our unique black swimming pool is set in natural rock with a breathtaking view of the timeless beauty of the bush all around you.

Directions:

When Northbound on the N2 highway, take the D464 District Road / Leopard Mountain Lodge turnoff to your left 32kms after Hluhluwe.
Proceed to the Main Gate of the Zululand Rhino Reserve, where you will be asked to sign in, then continue on for 12kms to the Lodge. We are well sign posted along this road.

When Southbound on the N2 highway, take the D464 District Road / Leopard Mountain turnoff to your right 19kms after Mkuze.
Proceed to the Main Gate of the Zululand Rhino Reserve, where you will be asked to sign in, then continue on for 12kms to the Lodge. We are well sign posted along this road.

Thank you all of you for making our experience at Leopard Mountain so memorable. Only down side was the shortness of our stay. Would love to have been there longer!! Our stay in ur longe was excellent. Thanks for all staff and rangers. Its very nice to see when people are love there job and we feel it.
